Smitten Polish Stamping Skittle Mani

Hey guys, hope you're weekends were swell. Today marks the first day of another climb toward Friday, so to lift your spirits and my own, I thought I'd share some fun bright polish today.

Summer = neons to so many brands out there and I think it makes a lot of us forget about the other bright polishes we have gotten along the way. My first indie love was totally the holo polish and today I've got two super bright and happy holo polishes to share with you.

These lovely polishes are Smitten Polish Date Night (pink) and Smitten Polish Radiant Orchid (purple). Just look at the awesome violet/blue linear flash in both of these breath taking holo polishes.

The formula on these was smooth as butter and went on easily in two thin coats, but I think I may have added a third just for extra sparkle and pop! Smitten Polish is one of those brands that can do no wrong in my eyes. Formula on Noelie's polishes are always amazing and I am always so amazed at her creativity and what she concocts.

I can never just wear a straight swatch, so I added a medley of nail stamping to this look, using the same nail stamping plate!

All of these images came from my Born Pretty Store plate BP-L005, which was orginally sent for review, but I continue to use over and over again because it has 20 different images on it and the possibilities are endless. The images are well etched and work very well. If you're itching to hit up their shop, feel free to use my discount code – TRAH10 – for a ten percent discount.

The stamping polish I used is KBShimmer Eyes White Open, my total go-to white stamping polish. Now as you can see, after using a quick dry top coat on this look, the white polish turned a bit pink and purple – that's only because the pigment is so super strong in these two awesome polishes. I have no problem with it in this look, makes it look even more coordinated in my opinion!

Anyway I hope you like this look and I am so glad I planned for this post to go up to today because in case you were thinking of purchasing a Smitten Polish or two – this is great timing. Tuesday at 2 p.m. Central time,  Smitten Polish will have a restock of their Opalescent Elements Collection, which are neon flakies and amazing. I reviewed these beauties back in April, but I'll leave a shot here just to tempt you! ;-)
